Bluegrass Rhapsody :: Hayseed Dixie
I actually own a number of "Pickin' On" albums of bluegrass studio musicians doing classic rock standards. The form fits well, as so much of rock is celtic music (i.e, bluegrass) with an electric pickup. Just listen closley to Led Zeppelin, for example, and you will find the bones of Bluegrass.
This new video is from Hayseed Dixie to promote their new album, "Killer Grass,' to be released February 2010.
