At the First Church of Field and Stream, we have always known that God recycles, for what are we but star dust and dinosaur piss?
That said, we are always very happy to see alternative religious leaders like the Archbishop of Canterbury, saluting the message that we have an obligation to Good Original Design (God), and nodding to the fact that this is a world we take from one generation and hand off to the next.
Particularly welcome is the message that we have an obligation to "build to last," and that not everything in our lives should be disposable.
So recycle, reuse, do without, and build to last. Or, as we say at the First Church of Field and Stream, "This is the only world we will ever have. Let's try not to screw it up."
