Wayne Pacelle Caught Lying... Again.

The Humane Society of the U.S. and the ASPCA got caught systematically lying to their donors and were nailed under RICO (racketeering) law. Rather than fight, the two groups rolled over and settled for $25 million.  

HSUS's Wayne Pacelle told HSUS donors the fine would be paid "by insurance," but even as he said it, he knew it was a lie. The insurance companies had cancelled HSUS's policy 4 years earlier, and they will not pay.  Even they want nothing to do with these lying fraudsters!
