Sorghum, a type of millet, coming in down the road. This could be used for cattle feed, bio-fuels, molasses, bread, bird seed, alcoholic beverages, or even making plastic. The U.S. is the largest producer of Sorghum in the world. A bushel of grain sorghum produces the same amount of ethanol as a bushel of corn.
