Protection From Too Much Rain

I made this little hoop greenhouse to protect the Catmint plugs from too much rain. Each Catmint plug is in a 6" pot, and the pots are grouped in deep rubber tubs so the bottom of the pots are always in a little water -- protection from a killing drought when I am away for three weeks in July-August. The hoop covering was needed for the opposite problem -- too much water in the tubs.  In the last 6 weeks, we’ve had 13.5” of rain.
