Adult Peregrine Falcon perched in a tree. Her four chicks have left the nest.
One chick was hit by a train that runs just below the nest, and another seems safe in the brush of the cliff. I could not see that one, but it had a strong call.
One chick was unseen and unheard, but the fourth chick was near the nest, feeding on a bird carcass brought in by mom or dad, and flapping its wings in practice.
