These two bikes are off to local charity. The old Gary Fisher was bought used, and I rode it from Cumberland to Pittsburg in one go, and from Georgetown to Cumberland in several trips over a few years
The Trek was bought new 40 years ago, and is a very good road bike in very good condition.
