    I think you have a red-shouldered hawk there - not red-tailed: note streaking on chest - uncommon on red-tails; red-tails will have heavy streaking on the belly - often starting at lower chest - but rarely on the upper chest. Also, the proportion of the head to the body; seems rather 'small headed' - more like a red-shouldered. IMHO
