We lost at least 12 100-foot trees in 10 minutes, eight of them falling across the driveway. A few were pine, most were oaks, all very much alive.
The good news is no one was hurt, and no cars or structures were damaged.
Another stroke of luck is that I had three guys on site with a bobcat bucket loader and a big chainsaw, and they had to clear the driveway to get out.
