We Are As Gods
As Stewart Brand noted, some 53 years ago, “We are as gods and might as well get good at it.”
The earth will shed homo sapiens off like a giant scab. Perhaps after a planet wide cleansing fire caused by nuclear weapons. Too bad all the innocent creatures will go, too. They are already experiencing incredible suffering after losing their habitats on top of the climate changes we've caused.
