The Senate has unanimously passed a Lend-Lease Act for Ukraine.
Unanimous.
The Lend-Lease program was created by FDR to help the British when they had no money, few weapons, and Congress was controlled by isolationists. All in all, the US spent the modern day equivalent of $680 billion on the Lend-Lease program.
