Red Fox and raccoons are all over, from the White House to the Supreme Court, and from the old RFK Stadium to Rock Creek Park.
After I posted the above picture, a Red Fox was captured near the Russell Senate Office Building after it bit Representative Ami Bera, a Democrat from California, on the calf. In an abundance of caution, Congressman Bera immediately began to get rabies shots. The captured vixen later tested positive for rabies.
