There may be a supply side bottle neck somewhere in the world, but not for me this day!
I ordered this used camera from a shop in Japan on April 18th, and it arrived here in Maryland on April 25th, having entered the US through Los Angeles and then shipped through a postal hub in Cincinnati. Excellent.
Pro tip: Kids, do NOT flip your kayak with your camera strapped to your chest.
I also ordered the book, below, since I’ve never read a manual or taken a photography course.
Somewhere along the line, I became convinced that this big point-and-shoot camera couldn’t take bird-in-flight pictures, but a conversation with someone I met a few weeks ago suggested that was wrong, as did a web link I found. So…. I’m on the road to find out.
