Bald Eagles Not Yet Nesting



Eagle nest check yesterday. I’m about two weeks too early I think. The first bald eagle eggs seem to be laid the first week of March around here — perhaps timed so that the egg hatch coincides with the shad run up river. That’s the way it works below Great Falls, in any case.
