This particular gasbag Member of Congress was born in New York, went to Princeton, and is a right wing government-dependent lawyer who has never poked his head inside a silo or hammered wire to a fence post (though he was tossed out of DOJ for ethics violations).
In the real world, no commercial farmer gives a damn about raccoon or fox unless they happen to be in the hayloft, where things are soon sorted out with a trap or a pistol that shoots .22 short rounds.
Want to move them out alive? Plug in a radio and leave it on.
