This six-point buck in full rut was following a doe around, eyes wide, and nose open. The pair of them came down the bike path at me, but I was not quick enough to get a decent shot with the camera.

Sure, but no matter how hard I look, *I* can't spot him. Things like this make me feel completely blind. The important part is she knows he's around.
ReplyDeleteAll you can see are the tops of the antlers. Center of picture, a quarter inch down and to the right.
ReplyDeleteI did see the antlers before...guess I expected more readily apparent creature, especially given circumstances like that!
