Butterfly-hunting Falcon

This is a Pied Falconet. It's not a bird I was familiar with; a very, very small falcon. It's much smaller than an American kestrel — maybe a third of the size.  It comes from Asia and seems to hunt butterflies, moths, and grasshoppers.
