I see now that my browser is trying to go to the link from proteechip.com a commercial site of course, and that's where I finally saw the message displayed, not on a .gov site. I had thought maybe it was a sub link from the NPCA or a national parks .gov site. As I commented earlier, many .gov sites and links are being deleted, changed or re-directed if the current admin does not agree with the content that scientists have uploaded to their official sites, most often when regarding anthropomorphic climate change of course.
