Virginia Enclosure

The wife and I drove out to Winchester, Virginia today, through the horse and fox countryside of Middleburg and Upperville. Lots and lots of stone walls in this part of Virginia, most of much better quality than that shown here.

It was hotter than the devil's barbecue with a true temperature of 101 and and an "effective" temperature of 114 -- the hottest since 1880.
