I remember reading somewhere how Paul McCartney was especially taken by the song "God Only Knows", considered it the best rock song every written and wished he had written it himself. He liked it to the point he would drive Linda and the kids absolutely crazy by playing it over and over and over again, he was so obsessed with it.
