There's Not Much Juice in an E-Collar

Very little energy output flows through a remote training collar -- so little that most modern remote training collars are set at a level that a human cannot even feel.
The fact that very little electricity flows from a collar is only common sense -- the batteries are very small and last a pretty long time.
