Queen Elizabeth Breaks the Record

Queen Elizabeth II is now Britain's longest-reigning monarch, breaking the record previously set by her great-great-grandmother, Queen Victoria.

Queen Elizabeth, age 89, was crowned on June 2nd, 1953, and she has been on the throne for 23,226 days, during which time she has always had numerous Corgis and Corgi-dachshund crosses.
