Filmed in Manchester, England in 1964, this wonderfully shot and well-recorded footage has been in the vaults for more than 40 years. Sister Rosetta Tharpe plays and sings with her coat on! The "stage" appears to be a real train station, with the audience set on bleachers across the narrow-gauge track. And yes, it really was a cold and rainy day. Fabulous!
