Usain Bolt vs. Italian Greyhound

The fastest human footspeed on record is 23.35 mph, seen during a 100-meter sprint by Usain Bolt.

Before you get too excited about that speed, however, be advised that an Italian Greyhound, weighing only 10 pounds, can run faster.
