It was 1967, and it looks like I took a little Yellow Sunshine. I was clueless, of course, but this was the year Procol Harum did "Whiter Shade of Pale" and Jimmy Hendrix put out "Are You Experienced?" Ten years later, I would start to catch up a little. Twelve years later, and I would almost lose my heat shield on re-entry.
