  2. Not my dog, of course. Pretty sure it's a Euopean picture as those are not jack or whitetail ears.

  3. I had thought these might be the ears of a European hare, but Geonni thinks they might be that of a mule deer fawn. They actually look to be the right shape for a hare, and have hair like a fawn but on close inspection I think they are too furry for either hare or fawn (thought fawn is more likely than hare) and they are awful narrow for a deer though that may be condition and angle. Not sure, and www.tineye.com has lots of "happy easter" captions, but no source that I can find. Not an American lagomorph, that's for sure.
