The Fiscal Cliff bill that that was signed into law yesterday (aka, the "American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012’’) has an interesting bit in it: Section 403 of the bill extends a credit for “2- or 3-wheeled plug-in electric vehicles.”
Electric bikes are now pretty common New York City, and I see one or two ever morning on my way to work in Washington, D.C.
