Automatic for the People


As of this morning, I am out of country, and not on the Internet.  

I will be back the third week of August.   In the interim, I have put a few posts on time release.

    I always wondered how R.E.M. came to name their album "Automatic For The People". Today I finally looked it up and the answer led me to another place I now want to visit. Sheesh, I need a lifetime to just travel. Thanks for the reminder which led to the nudge. Hope you're having a grande good time!

    Automatic for the People was the sign (small, easy to miss) above the door of a barbcue place in Athens, Georgia. No one know what is means, but it sounds right!
