Just watched this piece again, and knowing more than I knew when it first was aired makes it resonate even more. Let's face it: it's all made up by humans anyway, so why NOT change the "standards" to a more rational, humane and sensible form, if we must have standards? The kennel clubs are not "preserving" anything from the past, as evidenced by the skulls, drawings and photographs from the past. This is not preservation, this is demolition.Seahorse
