Whenever I had to bring a cone out to clients while at internships, I tried to lighten the blow by commenting on how the poor dog will be able to have his own personal HBO receiver. It usually got a genuine smile out of the client, even if the dog returned a week later with the cone all banged and cracked.
ReplyDeleteThere seriously needs to be a push to make alternatives as widespread and available as possible. I know some companies make similar products that aren't actually cones (and might actually require some supervision too), but the dogs are a lot more comfortable in them and still can't lick themselves.
