Ah, the truth will out but not necessarily set you free. Too many people 'don't know what he does'. It's a crying shame the number of JRTs who wind up in shelters because someone saw an episode of Fraiser or watched My Pal Skip. Russell Rescue is full to the gills down here and there's always a little one who needs their help. Please, people, please do some research before you buy a cute tiny puppy to find out what they do and how long they live.
ReplyDeleteI'm still upset about the 13 YOF in Lousiana who was turned in to the pound because the owner changed their lifestyle. She's there now. I guess she lived too long.

It is a huge part of our times that the only thing that really plays any significance in a decision to purchase an animal is the way it looks. I can only hope the times will change and the interior becomes the key again. Wouldnt bet on it happening within my lifetime though.
