There's A Solar Revolution in That Hedgerow!

Researchers at Wake Forest University's Center for Nanotechnology and Molecular Materials say they have created a more efficient fiber-based solar cell by coating the cell's fibers with the pokeberry dye, which helps the fibers absorb more sunlight. The Wake Forest fiber-based pokeberry solar cell generates twice as much power as current thin-film technology.
