The proper load is a dum-dum round.

In another age it might not have been terrible, but here and now it was actually rather horrifying.
Talk about missing a bullet! Can you imagine this woman in the chain of command, one heart-beat away from the Presidency? Can you fathom a party that would salute that, ever?
