A Harry Potter Bird
This is a very tame Sumatran Barred Eagle-owl. Is this the perfect bird for the next Harry Potter movie, or what? .
Having scratched the heads of many a tame owl I can attest they do seem to like it. Hawks, curiously and no matter how tame, seem to merely tollerate the same treatment, at best.
