The Eastern red fox is an immigrant to the U.S. imported from the U.K. Not surprisingly, our animal is exactly the same size as its European cousin.

    I suspect when that fox gets a bit older and comes into heat, it will all end. The humans will not stand for an animal that smells like skunk, and she will suddenly prefer adult males in the wild. Taming wild animals can work in rare situations, but more often it ends in tragedy for the animal.
