Sounds to me like the dog is clinically depressed because he's having an identity crisis.
how about this.... charic also helped to enstall dangerous breed laws in france. pitt bulls, rotts, shepards, and some labs need to wear muzzles when in public.... funny maltese wasn't on the list, even though mr. presidnet had a skitzo one sitting on his couch at home. frankly i'm not sorry it happened. it makes a great statement, straight form the dogs mouth: " you can't judge a book by it's cover."
