Think about what you know about John McCain and Sarah Palin.
Would you rehome a dog with these people?
One doesn't know how many houses he has, has a notoriously volatile temper, and seems to be losing his memory at a very rapid clip. He is 72-years old and has had five bouts with cancer. His wife is a recovering drug addict who runs a beer distributorship and has four children.
The other person has a working husband and five children, including a new baby with Down's Syndrome, and a 17-year old daughter who is 5 months pregnant. She is also under investigation for abuse of office. The New York Times notes of her: "Throughout her career, Ms. Palin has pursued vendettas, fired officials who crossed her, and blurred the line between government and personal grievance."
Would you house a dog with either of these people? Would you expect it to go well for either you or the dog?
