The Rigid Seesnake , is a low-cost endoscope. The cable can be lengthened to 30 feet with optional attachments and is waterproof to 10 feet. Cost for the 3 foot model is about $185. Add another $100 for a 6-foot cable extension. I do not know if it will record what is seen, but if can, and if the pictures are decent, this might be a good tool for pet rescue and/or for viewing wildlife underground or in denning or nesting cavities.
