No Viagra Needed
My parents came back from Alaska a few months ago with a club-like thing made out of what appeared to be pertified bone.
In fact, it was petrified bone, and about three feet long.
My father told me that modern solid bone versions were once used to club baby seals in Alaska and Canada. Did I know what it was?
Actually, I did -- an Oosik, or walrus penis bone, though I had never actually seen one before, much less a fossilized one.
A fossilized oosik? How cool would that have been to take into show and tell as a kid? Very!
Most people are a little surprised that quite a few animals have penis bones, as humans don't (men a purely vascular wonder).
A few pictures to satisfy the curious:

Domestic Dog Penis Bone
Badger Penis Bone
Gray Wolf Penis Bone
Raccoon Penis Bone
Wolverine Penis Bone
For folks looking for a "special" set of earings, or perhaps a toothpick for the boss at Christmas, you can buy raccoon penis bones for just $2 apiece >> here
