Rules, in a Knife Fight?

A small note about Telluride, Colorado where I am at the moment.

Butch Cassidy aka Robert Leroy Parker, moved to Telluride in 1884 (population 2,400 in 2014).  He was in and out of Telluride running stolen horses and gambling until 1889, when he and three associates robbed the San Miguel Valley Bank of approximately $21,000, after which they fled to a remote hideout in southeastern Utah.

Later, Butch Cassidy would meet up with Harry Alonzo Longabaugh, better known as the Sundance Kid, and Sundance's girlfriend, Etta Place. The three would flee to Argentina and then to Bolivia, where Butch and Sundance were supposedly gunned down be federales in 1908.

I was in Durango yesterday.  Colorado native Jack Dempsey's prowess as a boxer is celebrated on a mural in Durango, below.
